Audacity

Audacity is an open source audio editor which can record your voice. The recorded voice can be exported to an mp3 file with lame encoder.

Usage

Install Audacity

Download the lame encoder unzip it to

C:\Program Files\Audacity

Then open Audacity

go to Edit > Preferences > File Formats and click on the 'Find Library' button in the bottom right hand corner, and browse to the location where the LAME file is located.

MP3 exporting will then be available.
